Cancer syndromes are inherited disorders that increase the chances of a person to develop cancer.

Examples of cancer syndromes include:

Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colorectal Cancer (HNPCC) also knows as Lynch Syndrome that predisposes to Colon cancer
Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP)
Xeroderma pigmentosum
Ataxia telangiectasia
Fanconi anaemia
Bloom syndrome
