Blood supply

The posterior compartment of the forearm is predominantly supplied by branches of the radial, anterior and posterior interosseous arteries

Radial artery

The radial artery gives rise to muscular branches that supply the extensor muscles on the radial aspect of the forearm. 

Interosseous arteries

The posterior interosseous artery originates from the common interosseous branch of the ulnar
