The anterior compartment of the leg is found anterior to the tibia, fibula, and the interosseous membrane, and includes the dorsiflexors of the ankle and extensors of the toes:

  1. Extensor digitorum longus
  2. Fibularis tertius
  3. Extensor hallucis longus
  4. Tibialis anterior
