class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Anterior brachial region<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Posterior brachial region<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<\/span><span class=\"block-heading\" id=\"header_2\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"title_collection title1\">Bones<\/h4>\n<\/span><span class=\"block-content\" id=\"contents_2\">\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bony arm consists of the <strong>humerus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gray&#8217;s Anatomy specifies the middle and distal parts of the humerus to belong to the arm, together title1\">Muscles<\/h4>\n<\/span><span class=\"block-content\" id=\"contents_3\">\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 5 muscles of the arm include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Coracobrachialis<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Biceps brachii<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Brachialis<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Triceps brachii<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Anconeus<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are grouped into anterior and posterior compartments by an intermuscular title1\">Neurovasculature<\/h4>\n<\/span><span class=\"block-content\" id=\"contents_5\">\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The <strong>brachial artery&nbsp;<\/strong>provides blood supply to the arm through several branches.<\/li><li>Deep (<strong>brachial veins<\/strong>) and superficial veins (<strong>basilic <\/strong>and <strong>cephalic veins<\/strong>) drain the venous blood.<\/li><li>There are 4 main nerves innervating the arm:<ul><li>The <strong>musculocutaneous nerve<\/strong><\/li><li>The <strong>median nerve<\/strong><\/li><li>The <strong>ulnar nerve<\/strong><\/li><li>The <strong>radial nerve<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Lymph drained from the arm joins the lymph drained from the hand and forearm, continuing towards the
