Lack of kidney rachitis, heart rupture<\/li><li><strong>Chloride:<\/strong>&nbsp;main anion, lack of (bad baby bone) alkalosis, hypovolaemia<\/li><li><strong>Sulfur:<\/strong>&nbsp;proteins, mucopolysaccharides, heparin, sulphated compounds, cysteine, methionine<\/li><li><strong>Magnesium:<\/strong>&nbsp;IC cation, bone, phosphate transfer, nerve-muscle irritability. In appendages muscle tremors, irritability, dental brittleness<\/li><li><strong>Iodine:<\/strong>&nbsp;thyroid hormones, tyrosinoblast tyrosine. Lack: grit, cretinism<\/li><li><strong>Fluoride:<\/strong>&nbsp;fluoropathy, tooth development, resistance to acidic effects, stimulates mineralisation. Too much fluoride, fragile bones, loose plaque teeth develop<\/li><li><strong>Zinc:<\/strong>&nbsp;is absorbed by transport protein, is a part of metalloenzymes, insulin, Zn protein, renal disease, anaemia, taste disorders, slow wound healing, immune dysfunction<\/li><li><strong>Copper:&nbsp;<\/strong>its deficiency increases iron consumption (anaemia), causes irritability (dopamine hydroxylase does not work), collagen synthesis disturbed (part of lysyl oxidase), pigment synthesis decreases (part of tyrosinase)<\/li><li><strong>Manganese:<\/strong>&nbsp;liver stores, arginase, carboxylase, kinase cofactor. Lack of sterility, weakness<\/li><li><strong>Cobalt:<\/strong>&nbsp;Vitamin B12, pernicious anaemia<\/li><li><strong>Chromium:<\/strong>&nbsp;nicotinic acid and glutathione bond, helps insulin attachment to its receptor. Diabetes<\/li><li><strong>Selenium:<\/strong>&nbsp;the structure of glutathione peroxidase.
