The effect on the patients might be lower or higher than expected or in some cases; a negative\/adverse reaction. This is due to due to variations in the enzymes due to genetic polymorphism. <\/p>\n\n\n<span class=\"block-heading\" id=\"header_1\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"title_collection title1\">Pharmacokinetics<\/h4>\n<\/span><span class=\"block-content\" id=\"contents_1\">\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pharmacokinetics involves the reactions of the body to the drug i.e what the body does to the drug. It can be further subdivided into<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Absorption<\/li><li>Distribution<\/li><li>Elimination (Metabolism and Excretion)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<\/span><span class=\"block-heading\" id=\"header_2\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"title_collection title1\">Pharmacodynamics<\/h4>\n<\/span><span class=\"block-content\" id=\"contents_2\">\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This involves the action of the drug on the body i.e what the drug does to be the body.
