They are both examples of constitutive heterochromatin.

Chimerism is when an organism has two different cell lines from two different zygotes while mosaicism is when an organism has two different cells lines from the same zygote. Mosaicism is a result of mitotic non-disjunction.

Colchicine is used to block dividing cells in metaphase by inhibiting the mitotic microtubules. Phytohemagglutinine is used to initiate the cell cycle in resting cells by pushing the cell from the G0 phase to the G1 phase.

The histone code is a hypothesis that the transcription of genetic information encoded in DNA is in part regulated by chemical modifications to histone proteins, primarily on their unstructured ends. Such chemical modifications include acetylation, phosphorylation, methylation and ubiquitinylation.

Cis-regulatory sequences are regions of DNA or RNA that regulate the expression of genes located on that part of the DNA. Examples are Promoter(TATA box), enhancer, silencer, etc. Trans regulatory sequences are regulatory factors that are not present on the DNA or RNA but are associated with it. Examples are transcription factors, transcriptional activator or repressor proteins, etc

The probability is 25%. Assuming that the father will give the Y chromosome, the probability will become 50%

The Xist gene(present on the Xic of the X chromosome) produces the Xist RNA. It is important because the Xist RNA helps to inactivate the X chromosome if there is more than one copy present in the cell.
