  • Thrombosis

Symptoms

The 4 P's:

  • Pain
  • Pallor and coldness
  • Paresthesia
  • Pulselessness

Diagnosis

  • Physical examination (lack of pulse distral to the occlusion)
  • Angiography

Treatment

Depending on the location and severity:

  • Thrombolysis
  • Thrombectomy
  • Embolectomy
  • Bypass surgery
